A late bloomer, Jessica did not grow up knowing she was an athlete, but her passion for movement was born in 2001 when a friend challenged her to go on a one-mile run on Folly. It was a 1/2 mile down and 1/2 mile back run, she ran without stopping.

Jessica’s dormant inner athlete was awakened and she has been feeding and challenging it ever since.

The Folly Run set Jessica on her path to recognizing the power of movement and nutrition as a means to developing strength, resilience, endurance, flexibility, not only in our bodies but also in our minds. A true path to developing a strong self. As she began studying nutrition she quickly recognized the key role that optimal nutrition plays in our overall wellness, and Jessica began her career in health in 2003 as a Nutritional Consultant. By 2005, she joined the team at Golds Gym as a Fitness Consultant and Sales Manager. The experience of gaining and losing almost 60lbs with her first pregnancy left Jessica with the learned discipline it takes to develop grit and perseverance to maintain and prioritize a healthy lifestyle amidst life's biggest transitions. So, In 2009 while being 8 months pregnant with her 2nd daughter Jessica studied and became an AFAA certified personal trainer. Continual betterment is a way of life for Jessica... her quest for knowledge leads her to a Children’s Yoga Certification in 2011. In 2016, she pursed her WCI Life Coach Certification, Strong First Kettle Bell Strength Coach Certification, Precision Nutrition Certification, Animal Flow Cert and her Women’s Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialization. Here to help guide you to your greatest self, Jessica is here and grateful for the ability to be of service.
