Do what you want. Some people say: I do. But some people say: I can't. I can't, doesn't work. It gets you no where. 

Have you ever taken the time to write down what it is that you desire? 

Unapologetically. Uncensored. the Underfed desires. 

Here is where our happiness lies. From our heart, through our pencil, and onto the paper. Within the lines of a notebook our desires can begin to take root, and only then can we decide how to take action toward making them happen. 

Making a list of your desires opens up your awareness to what is is you want and why you want it. Why? 

Making a list of all the limitations you believe are holding you back opens up your awareness also. How many limitations or barriers on that list can be removed or modified? There are possibilities. There always are. Nothing is finite. We just need a new way of looking at things. 

 It's perspective. We will learn and try another way. The Better Theory holds that we find opportunity for growth and betterment when presented with lives challenges. This perspective changes everything: if theres is an opportunity for growth in all of our challenges then these limitations are precisely that: opportunities handed to us so that we may grow, and truly be prepared to receive exactly what it is we desire. 

Oh snap, now that means that challenges, collapses, chaos, anxiety, all of it is awesome. It's preparing us to become the next best most awesome version of ourselves. We should be grateful. Yes. We should be grateful. 

Gratitude for the Yuck!

When you're ready. To do the work. You will build yourself. And when conditioned, Nothing will stop you. You will be unstoppable.

 I want to help you on that path. I believe in you. Because I know you can't fail. We can only learn a way that didn't succeed. We can get stuck there, but we also can get unstuck. By taking responsibility. 

 By taking responsibility for our physical health, and our mental, emotional, and spiritual health we become holistically fit, strong and resilient in the face of all of life's challenges. Mental Toughness can be learned. We can train for it. Developing the guts and courage it takes to longer accept the status quo, the standard ways, the blah. 

So, what is the thing you desire most?
