Fun Fact: You think what you think and you think it to be real. And so it is. If you think you need something, you are the one convincing yourself you need it. 

When it come to people saying they want to loose weight, get toned, eat better, it can only be solved with action and application to changing what we think we need. We replace one old belief with a new  belief, we repeat it to ourselves as a thought....and then we change. 

So. 

Replace your old thought/belief with the new one you want, and you will get the desired outcome. 

Continue to convince yourself to keep believing the old thought or belief and you continue to, continue on the same old way. 

so. 

New habits begin by adopting new ways of thinking. And turning them into new beliefs that then turn into life long habits.

Compared with 

1 cup frozen mixed berrries

So. Here knowledge is so powerful when you're making a choice that supports a new habit. 

Looking at all those vitamins and that nutritional profile these are both excellent choices to eat as that delicious carbohydrate that is going to fuel my activity. I'm not going to compare these "apples" to nutritional emptiness of the  garbage junk food that human palate has been sold to desire and that the mind become addicted to the thought that it needs its.  This is addiction, and mindless consumption of empty foods that offer us nothing, that has been sold to us. We are better than that and can make a mindful choice to choose better. We are all smart, aware, capable people who deserve to feel well and alive.

It starts with food and it start with changing your mindset.
